Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare and provide skilled nursing care to patients following care plans and physicians' orders. The role involves continuous assessment, documentation, and coordination of patient care in compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Pay Rate

$27-$32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
• Provide timely documentation of assessments, nursing actions, and care plans.
• Implement infection control measures and educate patients and families on self-care.
• Maintain competency through educational programs and skill evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Nursing School with a current RN license.
• CPR certification and clinical proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience under current license.
• Additional state-specific and discipline-specific requirements may apply.

Preferences

• Previous experience in clinical care settings or home health.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to handle problem-solving and effective communication.

Physical Requirements

• Must meet physical demands including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations in home or during transport.
• Exposure to various environments and possible infectious conditions.
