Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support up to 20 different units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
Responsibilities
- Care for a mixed population of patients in inpatient settings.
- Provide quality care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize your experience and skills across different units within the medical center.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, independence, and a can-do attitude.
