We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network in a vital role in ambulatory primary care. As the engine and heart of patient care, you will be primarily engaged in telephone triage, assessing medical urgency, determining required responses, scheduling appointments, and ensuring quality care for our patients. Your critical thinking skills will play a key role in assessing patient needs and facilitating essential care steps.
