Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with varying health and illness conditions. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, creating care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offer patient education, and ensure continuity of care post-discharge.
