The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). As an essential member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with critical illnesses, utilizing evidence-based research and best practices to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in various states of health and illness.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accountability and responsibility for patient outcomes, actively participating in quality initiatives and research projects.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or willingness to obtain as outlined in the terms of employment.
• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting.
