Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiac Stepdown to join our team at Atrium Health in Rome, Georgia. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care across different age groups, focusing on critical care and addressing various patient needs. This position involves continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, ventilator management, and more.
Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process with advanced expertise.
- Deliver age-appropriate care to patients in critical conditions.
- Ensure patient and family education on health needs.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse license in Georgia or Alabama.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service.
