Join our team at ChristianaCare as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care. You will provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Our state-of-the-art technology and supportive leadership will help you excel in your Home Health career. Compensation ranges from $32 to $44 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure goal-oriented care consistent with available resources.
• Train and become proficient in IV functions.

Requirements

• BSN degree required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
