Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE and surrounding area. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and provide IV functions.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
