Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Full Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE and surrounding area. You will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $32.00 - $44.00 per hour based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Ensure IV proficiency and deliver IV functions
- Create discharge plans for patients
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred
