Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time RN to join our dedicated team. As an RN in our Home Care division, you will provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, ensuring goal-oriented care delivery. This position requires occasional IV functions and proficiency within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop patient-centered care plans with discharge planning.
- Maintain proficiency in IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
