Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This role requires IV proficiency or a willingness to train for IV functions.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
Benefits
- $32.00 - $44.00 per hour.
