Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time RN Field Nurse for Home Care. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment. This position requires IV proficiency or willingness to train, with a focus on providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
• IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV tasks.
