Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring they receive the treatment they need in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure patient discharge planning.
- Be proficient in IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
