Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our dynamic team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an RN on the 11th floor of Levine Children's Hospital, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of RN experience and offers opportunities for professional growth through our Clinical Nurse Credentialing Pathway program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist in daily operations under the manager's guidance.
• Coordinate patient care, allocate resources, manage communication, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain clinical competency.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing personnel in the department.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required; previous management experience preferred.
• Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.
