Job Description
Atrium Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Resource based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care within the Resource Team, supporting the PreOp Service Line in various regions. The position offers competitive rates along with differentials for shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Clinical Nurse on the Resource Team plays a crucial role in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under nursing leader supervision while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze healthcare consumer data for diagnosis and problem identification.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
- Coordinate care delivery to promote health and safety.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare consumers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in nursing practice.
- Integrate evidence-based practice and research into care.
- Promote quality nursing practices and sustainable services.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- 1 year of nursing experience in specialty area (2 years of PACU/PreOp experience preferred).
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Current RN license or temporary license.
Physical Requirements
