Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing
• Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations
• Collaborate with the nursing staff
• Participate in recruitment and mentorship

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• 2 years in long-term care nursing
• Preferred BSN
• Current BLS/CPR certification
