Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visits to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
- Proficient in EMR documentation.
- CPR Certification.
