Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will communicate and implement strategic initiatives to uphold the core values and mission of L.L.Bean.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure staff follows suit.
• Implement visual merchandising plans to enhance the brand experience for customers.
• Communicate and prioritize visual merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of merchandise plans and seasonal floor set directives.
• Execute store marketing directives and floorsets efficiently.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and development of employees.
• Address employee issues, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment.
• Promote the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience for customers.
• Lead compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2-Year Associate's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a high-traffic environment.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with expertise in apparel display.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and service goals.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
