Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided exceptional service, and the overall shopping experience is positive.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
