Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
