Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus
