Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cashier, maintain cleanliness, and uphold store standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Contribute feedback on products and operational procedures.
• Follow established policies and procedures, including inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
