Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are assisted with their shopping needs, and the overall shopping experience is exceptional. This position offers full-time hours with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, help customers with their needs, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company guidelines accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
