Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain clean and organized displays
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and procedures
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security
• Execute assigned tasks effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
