General Description of Duties:
- Conduct safety and security inspections
- Investigate vehicular accidents
- Provide loss prevention training
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and management
- Oversee hazardous material handling
- Administer employee training sessions
- Manage personnel and resources efficiently
- Maintain positive work environment
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years experience in transportation or safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations
- Background in law enforcement beneficial
- Ability to work in hazardous situations and be on call 24/7
