Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety and Security Regional Manager to join our team at ArcBest's ABF Freight division in Albuquerque, NM. As a Regional Manager, Safety and Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting company assets, ensuring safe working conditions, and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

General Description of Duties:

• Conduct safety and security inspections of facilities and properties.
• Investigate and handle vehicular accidents.
• Analyze data, define problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform surveillance, investigations, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Provide training sessions, conduct orientation, and oversee performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, DOT compliance, and investigative procedures.
