Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources. You will be responsible for communicating the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitating the sales process leading to move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs.
• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
• Coordinate all aspects of sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and follow up through various channels.
• Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

• A passion for sales.
• Two years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Compensation includes a base wage plus commission.
