Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures diligently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
