Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible for employment.
• Proficient at operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
