Job Description

We are looking for reliable and dedicated Seasonal Stockers to join our team at ALDI. As a Seasonal Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's inventory and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves with inventory, organizing new arrivals, operating machinery safely, and collaborating with your team members. $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Unload, unpack, and stock shelves with received inventory.
• Organize new inventory arrivals and ensure proper allocation.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of store documents and data.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Detail-oriented, with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Regular standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to stock merchandise and place products on shelves.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
