Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. This position plays a crucial role in guiding decision-making through model-informed drug development and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with extensive experience in drug development and global regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

• Lead pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Manage conflicting priorities and provide viable solutions while ensuring a GxP compliant environment.
• Build and lead a talented pharmacometrics team and foster a culture of transparency and innovation.
• Represent Jazz in regulatory interactions and evaluate potential in-licensing candidates.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• PhD with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in oncology and regulatory authority interactions.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
