Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
- Apply model-informed drug development principles to support decision-making processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of talented pharmacometricians, ensuring high performance and scientific excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain a network of partnerships and collaborations.
- Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies and potential partners.
Requirements
- PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field with at least 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in drug development, regulatory interactions, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
- Experience in oncology is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
