Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote) - Great Benefits

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this remote position, you will play a key role in providing strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Manage priorities effectively and seek creative solutions when faced with conflicts.
• Build and lead a high-performance pharmacometrics team.
• Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals in interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Participate in evaluating potential in-licensing candidates and other duties as required.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record of successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using tools like NONMEM, R, etc.
• Experience in managing collaborations with external partners and CROs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
