Senior Engineer (ASRS / Automated Warehouse Systems)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer specializing in Automated Warehouse Systems to join our team at Nestlé Purina. As a part of our innovative engineering and pet care production, you will play a crucial role in managing the Automated Warehouse Systems and ensuring their reliability. Your responsibilities will include developing maintenance programs, training maintenance technicians, troubleshooting automated systems, installing and programming PLC controllers, and collaborating with our Controls and Engineering teams for seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Automated Warehouse Systems.
• Develop maintenance programs and train technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Install, program, and integrate PLC controllers and other automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and integration.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies and maintain service records.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with electronics, PLC controls, and Rockwell Automation equipment.
