Senior Engineering Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Nestlé Purina. As the Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee capital projects in our factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin, supporting our manufacturing operations for brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. You will be responsible for managing project execution, scope, cost, engineering design review, construction, and commissioning. Additionally, you will develop project management plans, maintain schedules, control budgets, and work with cross-functional teams on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans and maintain milestone schedules.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and approvals for changes.
• Manage bidding processes and select contracts for construction firms.
• Direct installation, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Provide support for plant startup as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing or related environment.

Location: Jefferson, WI (minimal travel) or St. Louis, MO (extensive travel).

Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 per year.
