Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager for Field Analytics and Operations at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position plays a crucial role in the US Business Operations and Analytics department, focusing on delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness for the Sleep BU. The ideal candidate will excel in field target planning, process optimization, analytics, and technology solutions to drive performance and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning tools for evaluating productivity.
• Create and manage sales force reports and dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting.
