Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and driven Senior Neurology Account Manager to join our team in Manhattan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in executing local market sales plans, establishing strong relationships with key customers, and contributing to the success of our product launch and sales growth strategy. This position requires adaptability, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market sales launch plan to drive product sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers.
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop strategic business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
  • Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for regional and national events.

Benefits

  • Market competitive base pay range of $136,000-$204,000.
  • Annual cash bonus or incentive compensation.
