Senior Staff Engineer (Electrical and Controls)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Staff Engineer (Electrical and Controls) to join our dynamic team at Nestlé Purina. As part of our innovative Support Center team, you will be involved in the design, review, and oversight of power and control systems engineering for capital projects and proprietary equipment. Responsibilities

• Engage in engineering design reviews and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop system arrangements and detailed production documentation for electrical, controls, and automation design.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for design coordination.
• Contribute to the development of technical design guidelines and standards.
• Develop electrical fabrication documentation and supervise electricians.
• Travel as necessary to support project requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in Electrical Engineering or Machine Design.
• Proficiency in NEC and NFPA electrical safety standards.
• Experience with PLC programming.

Compensation

The approximate pay range for this position is $99,000 to $124,000. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives, a competitive total rewards package, and a range of benefits including a 401k with Company match and healthcare coverage.
