• Run the kitchen efficiently, controlling ticket times and pace.
• Maintain optimal prep levels and prevent food shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all dishes.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high morale.
• Complete all checklists and prep lists.
