Shipping/Receiving Associate

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing materials efficiently. The ideal candidate will monitor inventory levels, resolve stock discrepancies, and maintain a well-organized work environment. This role requires collaboration with different departments and ensuring professional and safe operations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage stock levels, coordinating with the purchasing team.
• Organize all materials and inventory.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and handle discrepancies.
• Prepare, package, and ship goods following proper procedures.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with part requests, returns, and scheduling freight deliveries.
• Handle other duties as needed, such as parts pick-up/delivery and shipping logistics.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, purchasing, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
• Capability to operate forklifts or other relevant equipment is a plus.
