Sr Manager, IT Products- Sales Technology

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager for Products and Platforms to join our Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce team at Nestlé Information Technology. In this role, you will lead the Sales Technology solutions for our North American Operating Companies, driving innovation and business value through technology. As a key leader, you will manage a team, influence leaders, and ensure the successful deployment of Sales Technology applications across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology, including people and resource management.
• Scale Sales innovation initiatives by influencing leaders and building business cases.
• Oversee the planning, management, and deployment of Sales Technology applications in alignment with global objectives.
• Ensure team adherence to Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of combined experience in business and technology.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years working with Digital Business Technology and solutions.

Compensation

The approximate salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00, along with a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits. Final compensation may vary based on qualifications and location.
