We are looking for a skilled Senior Packaging Engineer (Senior Packaging Scientist) to join our innovative team at Nestlé Purina. Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader, offering packaging insights and solutions for projects.
- Lead assigned projects, ensuring effective project management, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to project implementation and providing operational training.
- Drive innovation through the development of new packages, materials, and concepts.
- Build and maintain relationships with global technology leaders in barrier packaging materials, translating opportunities into competitive solutions.
- Demonstrate technical leadership in pet food packaging, implementing technology to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Present findings through oral presentations and written technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Packaging, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in packaging materials and structures.
Other
- Prior experience with factory packaging equipment technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Compensation and Benefits
The approximate salary range for this position is $92,000 to $126,000, with final compensation subject to various factors.
