Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled Staff Psychologist to provide psychological services to patients across various clinical settings. As a Staff Psychologist, you will deliver diagnostic evaluations, clinical interventions, staff consultation, and program oversight, contributing to multidisciplinary initiatives and program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological services in inpatient psychiatric, medical-surgical, and outpatient settings.
- Offer clinical consultation to staff and psychotherapy to referred patients.
- Support patients in adjusting to diagnosis, treatment, and end of life concerns.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and organization.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Psychologist-PhD license and at least 3 years' post-licensure experience.
- Background in Psycho-Oncology is highly desirable.
