Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Stroke to join our exceptional team at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care, facilitating safe and therapeutic experiences for our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Coordinate patient discharge plans and apply evidence-based practice for optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote a culture of safety, effective communication, and collaboration among healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development activities, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification.
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program with minimum 1 year clinical experience.
- Proficiency in holistic patient care, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
