Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Cashier or Stocker to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As part of our dynamic environment, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service. This position offers a variety of tasks and opportunities for growth.

Position Type

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
- Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Cashier Responsibilities:
Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, give feedback to management, adhere to cash policies
- Stocker Responsibilities:
Stock shelves, rotate products, follow planograms, organize inventory, operate machinery

Qualifications

- 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently and within a team
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of company products and services

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
