Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, this position offers variety and new challenges daily.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Maintain document security and confidentiality.
- Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, cleaning, and assisting customers.
- Stock shelves with fresh products, follow merchandising plans, and operate machinery safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
