Stocker/Cashier (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As part of a collaborative environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This part-time position offers a dynamic work setting with varied responsibilities each day.

Position Type:

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers
• Give feedback on products and inventory to management

• Stock and rotate products on shelves to ensure freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for displays
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of company products and services

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
