Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the organization of our store. Whether you are assisting customers at the cash register or ensuring our shelves are stocked with quality products, you will be an integral part of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain a clean store environment.
• Follow merchandising planograms for excellently displayed products.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
