Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Report product issues and inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts as needed.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and organize products for customer access.
  • Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays.
  • Handle incoming inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Operate equipment safely and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of retail products and services.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience a plus.
