Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a clean and efficient checkout experience. Both roles require collaboration with team members, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to guarantee freshness.
• Create well-merchandised displays following planograms.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a tidy sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Educational and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
